On the morning of 27 February, 2019, Zhizhong Zhu, the deputy secretary of the party committee of the district justice bureau in Xuhui, Peizhen Qiu, the head of the lawyer management section of the district justice bureau in Xuhui, and other leaders visited Shanghai Tongjia Law Firm. The leaders visited the offices of Tongjia and congratulated Tongjia on the commencement of its practice. 

Tongjuan Yang, the director of Tongjia, with other lawyers warmly welcomed the leaders to visit Tongjia, and expressed gratitude to the district justice bureau for its direction and strong support, and gave a brief report about recent work.

Lawyer Shuai Shao demonstrated the overview of Tongjia by showing PPT and gave a report from the perspective of practice, human resources, social responsibilities and so forth.

Finally, secretary Zhu gave Tongjia some advice on its development. Firstly, Tongjia should feature some business realms, for example intellectual property and tax, and cultivate its brand image. Secondly, Tongjia should cultivate a strong lawyer team, in which lawyers can cooperate with each other, by dealing with profit distribution well. Thirdly, Tongjia should establish complete management rules in the registration of clients, unifying collecting fees and dealing with complaints in order to control risks.

At last, secretary Zhu expected that Tongjia should establish party branch and trade union for the sake of improving team cohesion.

All members of Tongjia showed their views that they will continue to enhance management and cultivate a law firm with an excellent reputation following the advice from the leaders.
